Great service from Amazon. Received item quickly. Kids love it. Having some issues with the mechanicals of it, but kids continue to play with this truck a lot.

I would say that this toy is pricey for what it is. Plastic. However, my 4-year-old grandson was seriously lusting after it. He LOVES it! It makes noise,
lights up, and the crane goes around in a circle. He pulls out the hook, and hooks up everything in sight. He's happy; so I'm happy. Be aware that the truck itself does not move. Only the crane.

When I received this toy, I hand-turned the arm on it and then the boom part never worked when using the controls. It is supposed to move left and right using a control switch. So I contacted the person that I purchased it from and he sent me a new one. I was thrilled because the boom worked properly for about a week (I had to explain to my 3 1/2 year old to NEVER move the boom by hand - but in order for the boom to move up and down you have to use your hand to move it up). My son did a great job using his hand to move it up and down, and the control lever to only move it left and right. Well, as most 3 year olds would do, he went to play with it the other day and sure enough he accidentally moved the boom just a little to the left or right. Now the control lever that moves it left or right does not work at all. There is a RESET button at the bottom which does nothing. This toy is a WASTE OF MONEY. It would be much better if the boom was just hand-movable completely (and it would be much cheaper).

I purchased this item for my 3 1/2 year old grandson and it was the worst purchase ever. The arm is stiff and difficult to raise and the left/right turn apparatus didn't work at all. I had to return it twice...and finally gave up. Fortunately, the vendor toys4usa were more than cooperative otherwise I would have really been out of luck. Suggestion: Perhaps if instructions came with the vehicle I would have had more realistic expections.
