Tonka trucks are wonderful. My son always had tonka trucks and now I'm buying them for my grandson. Durable, fun full of imaginative play!

I bought this toy for a three year-old boy's birthday. He LOVES it. Great for sandbox play, backyard play and even beach play. It is lightweight, yet durable. What more do little kids want in the summer but sand and water! This is perfect, and reasonably priced.

My little boy (18 months) likes playing with this toy in the back yard and also the bathtub. I like it because it is teaching him cause and effect (I bought the fire truck also and I... I mean, we have fun squirting each other).

My 3 year old son likes how functional this truck is. The wheels are big enough to roll over most things so it is easy to drive. The sprayer pump is also easy to use. My son likes to water the plants, wet down his construction sites, wash his vehicles, and get anyone within water shot wet.
The hose is the weak link though. It was too tempting for my son to carry the truck by the hose and it broke within a week. The good news is that it was very easy to fix. If the hose needs replacement it looks like a trip to the hardware store or pet store would yield an inexpensive replacement.
Overall this is a great toy.

Got this for Christmas, so we haven't made it outside yet to use the water part of it, but my son loves playing with it.
